Robert Schmidt was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and spent 8 years in Colorado before relocating to Texas in 2005.  He has been twisting balloons professionally since 2006, and was one half of the clown duo Bubbles and Wowza.  As Wowza, he performed at the Plano Balloon Festival and frequently appeared on remote broadcasts with KLAK 97.5 FM.

 

Considering balloon twisting his art, he is constantly working to hone his craft and learn new techniques and designs.

 

When not twisting balloons, he enjoys watching, playing and refereeing soccer matches.  He is also an avid hockey fan.
